Pamela Nelson

CEO/Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Pamela Shattuck Nelson is a licensed and certified audiologist, and the owner of Quality Hearing and Audiology. She specializes in serving adults with all types of hearing loss, offering comprehensive diagnostic services and a wide range of treatment options. “Hearing is important because it affects every aspect of our lives. When you improve your hearing you can communicate better with your loved ones - it improves your relationships, your work experience - your whole quality of life. It’s incredibly rewarding to see my patients experience this as their hearing improves.” Dr. Nelson’s communication style is transparent and direct. She loves getting to know her patients personally throughout the diagnosis and treatment process.

Heathor Chandler

Audiology Assistant

Heathor is the Audiology Assistant and Billing Specialist for Quality Hearing & Audiology Center. She assists Dr. Nelson with cleaning and checking hearing aids. She works with insurance and billing of all services.
